Hiromu Takahashi Suffers Shoulder Injury, Will Miss Several Events

According to a recent announcement by New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Hiromu Takahashi will miss several events after suffering a shoulder injury.

In a statement made on their website, NJPW notes that Takahashi injured his left shoulder, and that NJPW medical staff have determined that he’ll have to miss both tonight’s Hamamatsu event, and a Korakuen Hall event slated for Friday, July 31.

Thankfully, though, Takahashi’s injury doesn’t seem to be too serious. NJPW noted that Takahashi is expected to return in time for his scheduled IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship defense against Taiji Ishimori on August 29 in Jingu Stadium.
