Someone Else In Ohio Burned Down Their Entire House Trying To Kill Bedbugs

Just two weeks ago we told you folks about a teen in Cincinnati who burned down his apartment trying to kill a bedbug. Well guess what? Yet another person in the same city has burned down her entire house trying to rid her place of those annoying bedbugs.

The unidentified woman was successful in getting rid of the bedbugs when she used rubbing alcohol to kill them off, but in the process also lost her house because she used the rubbing alcohol near an open flame. Oh boy. And because of this woman’s dumb act three people were left injured, ten were left homeless and $250,000 in damages was created.

A resident of the five-unit home was able to share a video of the burning building on Facebook.

So I think it’s pretty obvious by now that if you happen to have bedbugs in your home it’s probably best not to take care of them by dousing them in rubbing alcohol near an open flame. You know, that’s probably common sense.
